Metropark Lido Hotel Beijing

Good location, clean and quiet not the most modern but goo for business trip

Very well managed and we serviced hotel. The staff is friendly and the amenities included was amazing. From my friends, they said it has become a heritage of the area Lido Area as it was one of the 1st hotels there. But the cleanliness, the service and the restaurant food was just amazing. Note: If you are not Chinese, it is almost mandatory to have a translator app on your phone to be able to interact with any hotel staff even though there are some English speaking staff there. The Hallways reek of smoke smell but inside the room, the smell is almost non-existent so manageable. They have thought so much to ensure a comfortable stay, good toiletries, slippers, bath robes, bath tub, large room, good study table, locker in the room, umbrella, steam press, hangers, multiple tea options and almost everything that one may need to stay here without bothering the service staff repeatedly. The cleaning staff(mostly ladies) are pretty efficient and friendly and take care of the room very diligently. Note: There are 100s of rooms though, like a labyrinth, remember your way or getting lost is pretty easy here. DONT MISS the breakfast buffet here. It is too good to be missed.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Beijing for work. The hotel is large and spacious, the staff is courteous, there is a gym, I like everything. Of the cons, This time I checked into the room, the room was very cold, the air conditioner did not work, I asked for some kind of heater, they said no, on the day of eviction at 8:30 a.m. they started knocking in the next room, doing repairs, fixing something, as a result they did not let me sleep.

it was a pain to get my car out of the parking lot everytime because the car registration and the gate systems dont link to each other

Pool, sauna and steam room were awesome.

Absolutely loved it here. The room was very spacious. By far this was the most spacious quad room I have stayed in. The hotel deco is a little dated. But that u was expecting for tithe price. It has everything in the hotel. Very conveniently located near a Halal restaurant about 2/3 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I have no complaints and it had everything in the room… including an uiand torch if you need it!!

We've stayed there several times because the location is perfect, and the hotel is very comfortable and the staff very professional.

I thought we were going to pay about 500 RMB for one night, but with taxes it came to about 750 RMB. I didn't expect for it to be so expensive.
