great room with a very functional layout. The bathroom was lovely.

Us 1 can be loud especially motorcycles with noise enhanced exhausts even at night.

Everone went out of their way to ensue that we had a great stay.

The room was exceptional and perfectly clean.

We had a great two-night stay. Hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast every morning was great! My kids especially loved the fresh waffles! We will definitely be staying there again when we are back in the area.

The location was great and convenient but the real star were the people. It was a joy to see a fully staffed Housekeeping crew. They were friendly, attentive and always had a warm greeting. The breakfast was very fresh and well prepared. The staff was attentive and kept the breakfast offerings full. Last but not least, the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Upon arrival to the Residence Inn Bath Brunswick Area, we noticed the room 227 looked like it had not been cleaned from the last guests. The room was very dusty and the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned and there was mold, clumps of hair, and dirt in the shower. But the major problem was the odor that was in the room. We should have complained and asked for a new room right away, but we thought that the smell would dissipate. Also, I had to go down to the front desk for clean bedding for the sofa bed, additional towels and toilet paper. The bedding left in the closet was in an open bag and looked used. We did mention the odor to the employee working the front desk and he said that they would have maintenance look at it. We left a note for the cleaner and she was nice enough to try to take care of the odor with deodorizer but she could not get rid of the smell. We traveled to another Marriott in Lake George right after this stay, and the experience was completely different. The room was nice and clean but we could still smell the odor in our clothes. One thing that was great about the Residence Inn Bath was the breakfast room. There was a lot of great food choices and the staff was incredibly nice and kept everything clean and stocked. I don't think the breakfast room was enough of a reason to return.
