Holiday Inn Resort Lake George - Adirondack Area by IHG

The grounds are amazing with outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool, mini golf, fire pits, basketball and more! The restaurant on site was actually really good and Tami (our waitress) was amazing!

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. This is an extremely family friendly hotel with lots of activities on site with an outdoor and indoor pool available. Great location and accessibility to everything Lake George has to offer. The restaurant onsite was also fabulous. The blackened grouper sandwich is a must try. Shout out to chef Brad and server Tami! Would consider staying here again should we return to the area.

This vacation was planned to be the last bit of summer fun before kids go back to school and this hotel alone beat all expectations. We checked in with this wonderful lady whom I can’t remember her name, she let us know about everything going on in the area and where to find all the amenities. My family and I stayed overlooking the pool which was gorgeous and very spacious. The kids enjoyed the many activities such as indoor/outdoor pool, kids play area, ice cream out by the pool and even on site mini golf. We were nervous that eating at the hotel would be like any other hotel food but it was amazing!! The breakfast buffet was clean, had a variety of options & even an omelet station! Some great staff brought appetizers and some drinks to the pool while Aubrey was serving also us. Almost a happy hour which was very thoughtful and a good way to make people feel at home. We enjoyed our time from breakfast all the way to dinner where we were greeted by Molly who was very sweet and sat us where we chose to sit, right by the fireplace. Taylor was our waitress and she came over immediately to introduce herself and tell us about the specials, she answered our questions with ease and no hesitation to ask the chef for additional information. Our appetizers and salads came out very quick! Their were some larger groups of people dining on Tuesday so I was very surprised and pleased with how everything came out. Kids eat for free and have many options to pick from when dining in the restaurant, they felt comfortable and had a lot of fun!! We will definitely be returning for another family summer at the Holiday Inn!!

The staff at this location was FANTASTIC!! It’s a very family oriented place with things to do all day. The location is perfect being just a very short drive into Lake George Village. Already planning on returning in the fall!! I’d give this a perfect 10 out of 10!!

This is our 4th stay at this hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My grandkids enjoy the activities they offer. Today we were here for the pool party happy hour. Drinks and appetizers served for an hour. Apparently they do this on Tuesday and Saturday. The food and drinks were great and the wait staff was wonderful!

Room was nice but that’s about it Restaurant was terrible. We ended up leaving a day early they not only charged us for the third night but added an extra 110$ because we left early. Pretty horrible customer service. I will be telling everyone that this happened. So much more I could say but it won’t change the crappy experience.

I booked for breakfast included and when I went there says I don’t have that. But on my app says differently.

My fiancé and I stayed for a few days and everything was superb! There was enough to do at the hotel when we weren’t visiting the village of Lake George. There was mini golf, an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a great restaurant and lounge. We felt as if we made a whole new family just within the staff. From poolside service with Aubrey, to incredible waitresses Taylor and Dena, and Tyler at the bar..they are fantastic and personable making our visit to Lake George incredible. Thank you all so much! We will 100% be back!

Restaurant service was amazing. The waitress taylor is very professional and patient with my disability. 10/10 recommend eating here
