Loved our stay. The best part is they have servers at the pool, and they brought out free drinks and appetizers! Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George has it all. It's clean, affordable and conveniently located near several restaurants, shops and attractions. Patti and Jen made our check-in and check-out process seamless. I would highly recommend staying here for your next family vacation to Lake George.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it never disappoints. We just had another great stay! The hotel grounds are extremely well maintained and there is plenty to do for both kids and adults. There’s a newly updated playground, a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, basketball court, and putting green to name a few options. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our waitress Tami was so nice , friendly, and all around awesome. Chef Brad made an amazing dinner. View of Lake George from our room is nice! This Holiday Inn reminds me of more expensive hotels. Highly recommend!!

It was a perfect tplace for my family and I to stay for our night in Lake George

Second time back with my family and can’t wait to come back next year! Excellent staff and amenities. Pool was perfect for the adults and kids. Just enjoyed manager happy hour by the pool! Shout out to Tonya, Courtney,Jen and Tyler (on his day off!) for the FREE drinks, apps and great laughs by the pool. Don’t forget about the interactive trivia twice as well

This is the place to go to if you aren’t staying here. Throughout trip we met multiple people who said they just show up and use the facilities. There’s no bracelet and ZERO staff at the pools or anywhere else throughout the day A bunch of kids went up to my Wife and asked her to let them in the indoor pool. The child told my wife “we aren’t staying here. We just hop around to different pools” I met a guy at the pool who told me he stays across the street at Tiki (much cheaper) and just walks across the street uses the facilities 3 kids who showed up to play basketball. My son asked them after the game how long there were here for. They replied “we aren’t staying here” The pool looks great in photos buts a crowded mess with not enough chairs for guests. There is also not a single employee to be found. One woman sat on the pool edge and just whipped out her breast and began breastfeeding. No cover, no let me sit in the chair. Her breast hanging out while her kid had some milk. You don’t need a key card to get anywhere in this hotel. Even the back or side entrances. At 1030 at night we could still get in the side entrance by our room. Never coming back

We love the hotel. It is very family style. We spent 7 days it was very relaxing and comfortable period. The facilities are very clean and the service is excellent. I would like to mention two people that were great; Tami the waitress and Cristy the house keeping, both were very pleasant and acting very professionally. Tami made our stay more pleasant. She definitely add more fun to our stay. Overall, all the hotel staff were easy to deal with.

Hello. Just want to say that my family enjoyed another great experience at the Holiday Inn in Lake George, NY! From the time we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The hotel manager Courtney was so friendly and welcoming—she made all guests feel right at home. One of the highlights of our trip was the wonderful manager’s reception by the pool. It was a great way to unwind, reminisce with the staff, meet other guests, laugh with friends and enjoy the beautiful setting. Jake was a great bellman, very smart, friendly and helped with all our luggage and vacation “stuff,” making our arrival and departure completely stress-free. Gary assisted with reservation information, making everything clear and easy. Carol was amazing—she helped secure our breakfast reservations and made special accommodations for us. The team at TR’s restaurant was equally impressive. Carol and Molly were so helpful with navigating the menu and ensuring our dining experiences were outstanding. The food at TR’s was very good and delicious, and you can even enjoy it at the pool—such a treat! Shout-out to bartenders Nicole and Stephanie, who not only made great drinks but also remembered us from our visit last year—it felt like seeing old friends! The front desk team, especially Patty and Hailey, remembered all of us and were very guest focused and got our room ready in no time, making our check-in process smooth and stress-free. Our room was spotless, thanks to Samantha, who did an amazing job as our room attendant. A big thank you as well to concierge Susan, who recommended a fun local golf course that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our kids love the outdoor and indoor pools—there’s plenty to keep families entertained! The location is super convenient to both the town and the lake, making it easy to explore everything Lake George has to offer. The hotel is always filled with families and kids, creating a warm, family-focused atmosphere and giving us memories to cherish. We’ve been coming for 20 years, and every stay is enjoyable .
