Nothing. We reserved a room saying pet friendly and no where did it say 2 max. Lobby was disgusting and front desk guy was an ass.

They told me I have a van for a yr without reason or anything

The experience was very terrible, toilet seats were broken, dirty towels, blood stain on the wall, the wall is peeling off, breakfast was worse. No better options and there’s always marijuana smell in the hall way. Terrible experience and I won’t recommend to anyone, if there was a way to be refunded I would have loved that!

It was nice and it was comfortable and the staff was amazing it was in a good location plenty of places around it to go eat or do things

When I booked the room I put on there special request I'm in a wheelchair I need first floor of room with two beds. When I got there they did not have a room on the first floor with two beds they put me in a room with a single bed and my daughter had to sleep on the floor for four nights and they didn't give any type of a discount because of that that was my only complaint about it they did not move us until Sunday afternoon when we were leaving on Wednesday morning.

The hotel is a flop house, smells of weed and smoke, there is trash everywhere on the grounds, all the windows are filthy. We checked in then immediately checked out. The guy at the counter was very understanding and gave us a full refund.

Surprised this place is still in business. Pool was out, tv’s did not work, black stuff was coming out of the jets in the jacuzzi, went into our room and someone was in there already smoking pot. We got put into a suite instead and only one bed and a pullout bed couch was like a torture chamber. Place smelled like smoke. Will never stay there again.
