Quality Inn near Northtown Mall & National Sports Center

Check in was ok. When we got to the room it was in a terrible state. Food on the floor, paint peeling off the walls, uncovered vents in the bathroom. Just walking down the hall you could smell both cigarettes and pot even though it was a non smoking hotel. We werent able to eat breakfast either day because the only way we could get juice was to buy it from the front desk and they were out of almost everything else by 7:30. The second day of our supposed to be 3 day stay we were woken up early by a dog constantly barking in the hotel. We actually decided then to check out knowing we were probably going to lose a days rental fee. When i went to check out i was told to just leave my key cards on the counter. I didnt get a receipt or anything. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I took pictures of all the broken and bad stuff in the room. Oh and it boasted a heated pool...thats the coldest heated pool I've ever been in. If i could give negative stars I would.

As soon as I walked in I was hit with the stench of weed. The odor is inescapable and there is a musky odor throughout the hotel as well. There is a hole in a door and a unidentifiable grit and grime on much of the surfaces.

Pool and hot tub not in service. Empty bottle of vodka n cabinet. Stains on bedding. Missing trim. Smelled heavily in hallway. We did not stay. Refunded our stay but cannot get refund or credit from hotels.com. Will not be using either again.

We did not stay there. We arrived in the parking lot and realized it was a flop house with permanent people and a permanent camptrailer out back. Could smell pot in the parking lot so we went elsewhere

There are people living there and smoking pot right outside doors you felt like you were going to get mugged we refused to stay as it was all dirty and like a apartment but no one took care of anything. Stuff hanging from windows and doors

Hotel photos showed a pool and jacuzzi but there was no jacuzzi. The room had not been updated in decades. The curtains blocked the air conditioner. There were no cups or coffee/coffee maker in the room.

The manager was a nice guy and partially refunded my reservation. This hotel was in disrepair and seemed really unsafe. There was vomit and debris in the parking lot, and questionable activity all around the property. The check-in deck has plexiglass for staff safety. We didn’t get into the room due to a change in schedule, but I didn’t feel safe there. Odd, too, as it’s near a mall and bills itself as a hotel for the National Soorts Centet. Not what I expected at all.
