"Hospitality on steroids"

The most wonderful staff ever. Nothing was too much trouble. Jamal manages the place fantastically! Harriet, Eva, Kayaya and the chefs were amazing! Cleaning ladies also went out of their way to help. Wonderful breakfasts, excellent food all round!

The power outage problem is a bit of a challenge. Suggest some portable solar lamps for all around the property and in the rooms. This will help a lot. Make use of the sunshine...

The staff were very helpful and the reception was exceptional. Although there were thousands of sea urchins (in September), you can get around them to reach the sand bank but it's very difficult. There is a really nice girl in the reception by the name of Sasha which did everything she could so that we could enjoy our stay.

"Przepiękny ogród."

Przepiękny ogród, przede wszystkim bardzo pomocny personel - poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju ze względu na za małe łóżko dla osoby o wzroście 190 cm i został nam zaproponowany inny, więc tu duży plus. Zawsze starali się pomóc. Bardzo ładna plaża przed hotelem i spokojna okolica.

Mało smaczne śniadania - raz trafiła się jajecznica z proszku. Drogo w samej restauracji (mamy porównanie do całej wyspy), w pokojach było parę usterek (cieknący wężyk, nie działająca klimatyzacja)

"Schöne Anlage"

Alle sehr freundlich, schöne Anlage und sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten Probleme mit der Dusche/Wasser und es hat 4 Tage gedauert um die Ursache festzustellen, allerdings waren wir denoch zufrieden. Sorry , Bettgestell quietscht ein bisschen viel. Matratzen waren sehr komfortabel.
