Crown Inn

Should have know by the significantly cheaper price than other hotels in the area that there was a reason. Tired old hotel with little in the way of creature comforts. Hair dryer was broken, coffee pot was broken, and ice dispenser leaked water in a large puddle we had to walk through to get to our room. Bed left a lot to be desired. The dumpster was overflowing and had a huge pile of trash piled next to it. Our reservation was no refundable or we would have headed down the road.

Ok place to stop & get some rest while traveling. Gets the job done. Not the best choice, but good enough to get a decent night’s rest. Could be cleaner but the beds seemed recently cleaned & cozy. Clean sheets.

The good--Price was tolerable, shower was hot with plenty of pressure. AC performed well. The not-so-good--Seedy appearance inside and out with well-worn furnishings, wall coverings, and exterior, where door locks had been replaced but the bare vacated areas not repainted. Lawns and walkways were poorly maintained. Toilet flushed incompletely, bathroom floors left black soil stains on the bathmat. Summary--Basically a seedy motel fallen on hard times like its location, Forrest City, Arkansas.

It was an ok hotel, the staffs was very nice and professional and the breakfast could’ve been better. No hot breakfast besides the waffer maker

The room had nothing - no phone, towels, coffee, fridge, microwave... bed was comfortable but that is all i could say that is good. Bathtub was flithy

No trash can. Floors needed to be swept. Had to turn water on toilet. Then it would run periodically after that.

It was dirty, unsanitary, mold and switch electrical outlet was not covered. Didn’t sleep, sneezing due to mold. Would not recommend this place.

Smelled so badly and is extremely outdated and old.

No hot water. No phone line but there was a phone. Terrible morning non- breakfast. All in all pretty bad.

I've stayed in mud huts in Afghanistan that were cleaner and in better condition...... What a freaking crap hole. Exposed wiring, "personal body hair" still in the sinks and bath. Do your self a favor and push through to little Rock or memphis..... But the Don Jose Restaurant was AWESOME!!!! GREAT FOOD, good drinks, and great staff..... Otherwise.... this joint SUCKS!!!!!!
