Crown Inn

Myself along with a gentleman reserved a stay on January 24, 2024. Upon arriving and checking in I was assigned a room. Once I entered the room I was immediately turned off by the foul smell of smoke and mildew. I cut on the lights and there was trash/debris all over the floor in the room. There were no linen or pillows on the bed and the mattress was very discolored. Upon entering the bathroom there was even more trash and debris on the floor as well as insects and roaches in the toilet and on the toilet seat. There were also insects and roaches in the shower. I immediately went down stairs to complain and report it to the receptionist. He informed us that he could not accommodate us with another room nor could he return our money…WHO DOES THAT! I have called and called relentlessly to speak with a manager in regards to the matter and returning my payment since I was checked in and out within 5-10mins flat. They are thieves and there property is filthy. I would not recommend staying at this location. They will not do the right thing, even when I was given a check in/out receipt that was time stamped. I also spoke with Days Inn/Wyndham customer service and was told that this particular establishment is owned by third parties and that there is nothing they can do to help with my reimbursement. How does someone have the name of a whole hotel franchise and not really be associated, yet here I am on Days Inn/Wyndham website writing a review for this establishment that they have continuously requested. I do not trust this establishment or this company. Would not recommend Days Inn or this particular property to save my life.

The room was fully functional, however very worn with pieces of wood missing from the furniture. Bathtub was very worn and had paint splotches on it as well as loose pipes. The toilet seat was loose to the point of almost falling off. Other than the above, everything was functional and the room was quiet.

The rooms were dirty. Hair in the bed, dirty linens, sticky floors, and dust everywhere. There was vomit on the sidewalk. The coffee in the breakfast bar was like dirty water and tasted terrible. Not a place for any family to stay.

The property need a major upgrade. In my room ( 101 ) the wall paper was peeling off the curtain pull was broke, big air gap around the exit door, bathroom towel holder was pulling off of the wall, the shower and toilet were dirty. I will never stay here again.

It's all good. One thing I enjoyed the most was how easy it was to get to my room. It was well lit area and very kind second shift person. Every thing was just how I needed. Also the make up remover is such a great itemn

Receptionist at the hotel was great! The room looked very old and furniture was so out dated. The area felt unsafe on the backside of the hotel. I’m glad it was only for a few hours.

Lights didn’t work, phone didn’t work, TV didn’t work. Total waste of money.

Our room was “clean”, just felt like a motel 6. No waste basket in the room, no coffee maker, but there were coffee and cups, the water didn’t get hot, barely warm, wi-fi didn’t work well at all,

The TV did not work, the internet did not work, there was no hot water, there were not waste baskets in the room, there were 2 packets of coffee in the room but no coffee maker.

The area was quiet and convenient for restaurants and convenient stores, however the room was in poor conditions with stains on the carpet and the shower neck was broken and flooding the floor. It's outdated.
