el hotel esta en remodelacion eso ocasionaba algunos tiempos de espera del elevador, pero nada grave

Quarto amplo e confortável, bom café da manhã e execelente estrutura para eventos

Apesar de central, não é uma área muito segura para caminhar, principalmente, à noite. Achei que a limpeza das mesas no café da manhã era muito lenta em momento de alta ocupação. Tive que esperar por uma mesa limpa por vários minutos. Também acho que o apartamento precisa ser renovado. Soube que vários pisos já foram renovados, mas o que eu me hospedei, ainda não. Além disso, a ducha é pequena e com pouca pressão, e, como é uma banheira, também achei bem estreita. Nos pisos já renovados, vi que a ducha é mais ampla e com box (não banheira).

Airport pick up was on time and in a very clean minivan. Staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful. We were able to check in early - which was really good after 12 hours of flying. Our room was very clean with modern facilities. We had the buffet breakfast, which consisted of a large spread of different foods. Located near restaurants and a supermarket. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I really want to give this hotel a better rating because the staff was great. That said, I can't possibly recommend this hotel. The neighborhood isn't safe after dark. Several locals that I talked to told me that this is a crime infested area, and an American tourist was actually stabbed to death last year in this neighborhood (I looked it up. It's true). They have giant metal gates that lock down the hotel after dark. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a facelift. The carpets are stained everywhere. The phone in my room didn't work. The TV was incredibly outdated. The food in the restaurant and bar was outdated and extremely overpriced compared to restaurants in town. I can look past a lot of the cosmectic things, but the fact that this neighborhood is extremely unsafe by itself compels me ot urge people not to book here.

Lovely staff, hotel had everything you need, lovely pool, most things are walking distance, metro nearby. Lastarria is a safe area to stay, especially if traveling alone.
