"Le Meridien is excelent. It has everything to give costumers a great experience."

We liked everything: the spacious room, coffee in the room, the delicious breakfast, the cool bar, but specially the staff were very professional and greqted us very well, and they gave us all the information we needed.

The bathroom didn't have an air extractor.

The location was good and my room on the 21st floor had wonderful views and was lovely and clean.

First my key card didn't work, I had to go back to reception, the new card didn't work and I had to wait in non-air- conditioned environment for a staff member to help me. Then I realised the lady had not given me the wifi password and it wasn't in the room and then the lift broke and I was stuck for 10 mins going up and down. I was generally unimpressed by the standard and do not think this is a 4* hotel.
