"Lots of unexpected surprises but a convenient location"

The room was very clean and the hotel is located in a good spot. The interior was very nice creating a high quality atmosphere. Maintenance handled our issue swiftly and efficiently.

I ended up paying MORE THAN TWICE THE AMOUNT I was told. During check in I asked why the insane jump in price and the front desk attendant said it was for “incidentals” despite the $100 deposit i was already quoted for on this website. On top of this, the smoke detector needed a new battery so it was beeping constantly (they called maintenance and it was solved quickly) and while finishing packing up the cleaning crew tried to enter our room 30 MINS BEFORE the time we were supposed to check out!

"Best valet in town"

Jesse the valet was the dopest. I’d hire him. He gave us a weather forecast for our trip and kept my truck safe. I’d stay again just for the reassurance that my truck is in good care, he even had it pulled up front at the time I told him we’d be rushing out the door in the morning. Above and beyond service

"Good value for Riverwalk location"

1. Room: clean, decent, vinyl flooring, metal bed frame creaks, no microwave, good fridge and AC works well. Floors needed to be mopped, very dirty. 2. Staff: friendly and accommodating. 3. Housekeeping: friendly, quiet, respectful and beds made well. 4. Nice access to Riverwalk as just down from the loop and all the night time party noises yet at night can be a haven for homeless. 5. Laundry room requires quarters which I prefer. 6. No free breakfast but can buy a buffet breakfast for $22.00 per person. 7. Parking: Expensive and large cars only fit Levels 1-3 and parking very tight

You can go out the back door of the hotel right onto the Riverwalk. Perfect location!
