The restroom was dirty and had to have it re-cleaned, after it was re-cleaned there was still hair on the walls.

"The location, staff everything was exceptional!"

Exceptional service

The room we stayed in had a clogged bathroom sink, and on the second day, the A/C stopped working. This was reported to the front office, but I was told there weren't any rooms available to move (plus it was too late, approximately 9:00 pm)
