"Nice and relax to visit San Antonio"

You can go directly to the river walk. Rooms were comfortables and breakfast was good.

Parking should be cheaper for guests. But we parked close to the hotel in a private parking.

Great, clean place to stay. Great valet Especially Ehren. Made me laugh after a grueling car ride. Paid attention to our needs. And front desk.... his name started with an A. Was very helpful too.

"Valet- who merry us upon arrival"

I'm only reviewing our Valet man that met us on arrival & parked our vehicle. Gave me lots of info and had me laughing which was nice after a grueling ride here.

"Dumpy hotel"

Pros: + Location - on the Riverwalk + Hot water and A/C worked Cons: + Room was in bad shape - bed felt like it was going to break, tub faucet was coming apart from wall, handles on drawers falling off, big rips in curtains, room generally felt worn out + Staff did nothing to deter homeless people from sleeping on the property where guests had to walk to get inside from the Riverwalk + Thin walls, you can hear everything in rooms around you
