Pedi 2 camas King e só tinha 1 cama e um sofá cama. No site pedi com café da manhã. Na confirmação veio sem o café e falhei em não conferir. Fiquei frustrado neste quesito.

If you love a hotel that’s in the middle of a glow-up, this one’s for you! Renovations are underway, and I had the pleasure of staying in one of the refreshed rooms. It was stylish and comfortable—though it could have used a little extra TLC in the cleaning department. Still, progress is progress! Now, about the soundtrack of your stay: I-25 Serenade – Depending on your room, you might get an unexpected symphony of semis downshifting through the night. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine. If not, pack earplugs. Atrium Ambiance – The bar and restaurant bring life to the hotel, which is great… unless you need to be up early. Revelers tend to wrap up around midnight, so plan accordingly. Events can amplify the noise, so check the calendar if you’re noise-sensitive. Staff-wise, most were friendly and helpful, though the front desk seemed a little… over it. Maybe they’ve heard one too many questions about the construction. Pros Renovated rooms are modern and comfortable. Lively atmosphere with bar and restaurant. Most staff are helpful and accommodating. Cons Ongoing construction (temporary, but noticeable). Highway noise from I-25 can be disruptive. Noise from atrium and events may affect early risers. Front desk service felt less welcoming.

Stay away from this hotel. Poorly managed and rude staff! We decided not to check in and went to the Embassy Suites where they know how to treat folks

Marriott has done it again! This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the friendly staff go above and beyond. The room was roomy but please note if u're tall, u have to close the bathroom door to be able to move around comfortably. Also, your bottles of water are in the fridge;) I stopped at the bar and had a mocktail, our group ordered martinis (they seemed to really like them Lol!) the wings were hot and delicious! The quesadilla was very average. Staff members I'd like to recognize: a young man in the restaurant, Dylan and Charlie the bartender, both provided WONDERFUL service. Recommendation: please let customers know where the gym is located, the M lounge etc especially for Titanium members upon arrival. It's evident the mgr. Trujillo runs a great crew!

It was okay

Bathroom was small. Door would almost hit the toilet. There's was no TV remote in the room. We called the front desk and she said "I'll let them know" and did nothing. So no TV on our stay. Another silly thing, was we had to pay for parking there(Marriot) which we already overpaid for. Check in time was slow, like they were new hires. Come on, at least train them properly.

We chose this location for its close proximity to Balloon Festival, which it was. Requested a remodeled room when I made the reservation, called the hotel before we arrived as we wanted a remodeled room. Requested a remodeled room again at check-in. Our request was not honored, old room, stained carpet, old furniture, bathroom very dated, unruly children playing tag in lobby, no hotel personnel intervened. This is an issue as it is a multistory hotel that has an atrium, sound travels and at 11pm at night? No thank you. Tried to use room service as it is billed as a full service hotel. No answer when we called room service, called the front desk, they told us to go on Bonvoy to order, that part of the app wasn’t functional. Called front desk again, was told go to bar to order. My husband went to bar to order, the menu ringed in the room was not honored, we were told menu being revamped, would not adapt to specific requests, we were only looking for a burger and chicken sandwich, not fine dining. Employees didn’t appear to be trained well. Asked the hotel manager to insure our room was cleaned while we were out, we were gone six hours. Our room wasn’t cleaned. Avoid this hotel.
