There were 4 guest elevators - all not working. There were 2 service elevators - only one working. Staff and guests had to share 1 elevator in a 13 story building. FIX the elevators.

the hotel rooms were in poor condition. Damages were painted over. Water stains were painted over and you can see the paint peeling off. Very dusty, and not well kept. Sheets were damage and falling apart.

The elevators were not working, parking rates is a bit absurd, ice machines were not working. Called for some towels took over an hour and having to call 2 more times to remind/make sure we got them

slow check-in (about 30 mins), 4 elevators but only 1 worked and was taken to a service elevator in the back, the room was okay, not great though as the bed linen had thread tears, carpet was dirty, ac was slightly dusty so we had to clean a bit, in the end it was fine because we just needed it for a weekend as we stayed there bc it was walking distance from bill graham

Good place to stay just parking lot too much .. I don’t understand if you already stay at the hotel you have pay 60 dollars for parking
