It was no breakfast

It was no breakfast and hot tub was broken

My rooms air conditioning didn’t work. Stayed 78 in the room all night which made it hard to sleep being so hot. I was pool side so I couldn’t open a window for cooler air. The front desk clerks were crabby and seemed to hate their job. The ice machine was out of order.

The room was spacious and my child really enjoyed.The swimming pool area.

My room was very hot.The thermostat was not working.

We had a room that viewed the pool. Once we checked into our room and unpacked we turned on the air and left. We were gone for almost 3 hours and when we returned the temp was at 80 degrees. Contacted front desk stating the problem. They told me someone would be up. No one came. I called again, no one came. Husband finally went to the front desk and they stated the 1 out of the 2 air conditioning units for the hotel was not working and the 1 that supplied our rooms was the broken one. They couldn’t switch us because we had a conjoining room with our friends. They gave us a box fan and that’s it. Had to go back down to get another box fan because the temperature was rising. Very very disappointing we got no sleep because we were so uncomfortable. Also the hot tub wasn’t working and we were not made aware of that upon checkin. The “continental breakfast” was cereal and a granola bar. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice but overall will never return.

There was no breakfast only cereal. We were thinking we would have a nice breakfast with eggs bacon waffles sausage (more choices)

Hot tub wasn’t working. The bathtub was dirty

Close to MOA, family friendly. Staff worked to get our group’s rooms close to one another.

Hot tub was out of order.

It was close to Mall of America

It reeked of Marijuana. We paid for a non smoking room, I feel like that non-smoking should not include people who smoke weed and they should be in the smoking section only. The stench of it came through the door and made our room and bathroom reek.
