This hotel, with more than 10 floors, is located in a very busy area where Interstates 80, 580, and 880 meet. Traffic noise was clearly audible in the room despite the windows being closed. The hotel offers all the basic amenities you might need, but nothing is complimentary. Breakfast costs $23, parking is $30, and there is no airport shuttle service. The rooms were clean during my stay, and all staff very friendly. But if I'm in the area again, I'll probably choose a different place to stay.

Not what I expect from a Hilton Garden Inn.. Checked in after midnight after a long and tiring coast to coast flight. Night desk clerk seemed irritated he had to check someone in. Never mentioned me being a long term Diamond member. Never gave me any water bottles or a snack gift. When asked about a meal credit, he said to check with the morning shift- he didnt know anything about it.. BUT he said the only breakfast option was a $25 buffet. Bed and room were fine at checkin. After a full day out and about came back to a room that wasn't serviced. Mentioned that the next morning to clerk and they called housekeeping to insure it would be serviced that day.. I later found out (we stayed four nights) that the local policy was to only service the rooms every other day ( I guess we're supposed to dry off the second day with wet towels). Coffee machine in lobby was broken over the weekend. Area near elevator on 12th floor was packed with large garbage bags at 4pm during the day.. maybe that was only serviced every other day too.
