Clean and close to the train station

They didn’t clean the room and didn’t provide clean towels. They said that they clean the room if I stayed more than two days, and I think that’s not a good thing for me to recommend you.

I loved the jacuzzi went with my boyfriend really relaxing and we stopped by the little store they have and bought some delicious chocolate covered strawberries overall a nice little staycation

The tv was outdated and a little frustrating to use would be nice if they had better ones

The website said parking available. Didn’t see that it was $30/night. It said breakfast it didn’t say $23/person.

I would give this property 10 stars if I could! I’ll start with the property itself; the reception area was clean and inviting, the food in the restaurant was a surprisingly big portion, and the bedroom was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The real gem of this property are the people that work there. My eldest brother passed away and I had to quickly make arrangements to visit The Bay Area for a few days while I handled his final affairs. Every single person I encountered was kind, compassionate, respectful, helpful. They all expressed their condolences, and Erika allowed my family to use the conference room so we could hold a family meeting to finalize my brother’s arrangements. It was such a big relief to know that my lodging was handled with care and compassion during such a stressful time. I really want to thank Ancira, Gina, Erika, and Yasmine for their outstanding professionalism, hospitality, and compassion during my stay! There was another young lady who was extremely helpful!! She got my dad some hazelnut creamer for his coffee and was very accommodating when I needed to extend my checkout. I didn’t get her name, but I also appreciate her hospitality as well. This type of customer service will absolutely keep me as a returning Hilton customer! You should give them all a raise!
