Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge

Rude front desk lady and man they just looked at me when I walked in to check In no hello welcome in. Nothing horrible service, she didn’t offer breakfast time or hours of bar and spa I had to ask her pillows are flat shower is good hot and pressure is good bathroom tiny rust dirt on walls In bathroom and around frame of door mold and rust windows ate filthy can’t see the view that you pay for! Breakfast was standard nothing fresh made all pre made food besides the waffles you make your self to parking $30 bucks And this was my anniversary trip with my boyfriend so for it to be basic service nothing over the top is ridiculous especially when I’m a Hilton honors member late check out they couldn’t give an hour. They wanted to give like 15 minutes. It was just a lot of unprofessionalism going on the lady in the kitchen was by far the most professional and courteous the person that serve served breakfast and she did it all by herself no help.

We Decided to have our 50th Class Reunion there Holy Names High School in Oakland ca however checking in i.was very excited however that changed i used the big hotel cart when I went up to the 14th floor the room that they gave me I couldn't get to because there were stairs I looked around and I couldn't believe they gave me a room with stairs and I couldn't lift or try to pull im disabled I seen a worker with a cart I asked for help he just.smiled and said nothing while I ask for help I try to call on my cellphone because on the 14th floor no phone where you can call down to the front desk no direct line at all so I couldn't leave the cart there because I had my luggage and things on it .

Felt a little nickel and dimed. Parking was steep, $30 a day. I asked for a room on a higher floor and was told that would be an additional $20 a day. Room was okay, no slippers (not even cheap ones!), no in-room safe. Housekeeping comes every other day. Ironing board needed to be replaced. There was only cable TV in the room, no smart TV so I couldn't watch my streaming services. Ended up watching my iPad. Used fitness center and the hand sanitizer dispensers where both empty. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee though.
