Sheets did not fit the bed. Pictures on website did not represent the property well. request for more towels was asked to come get them.

Hotel was under repair, hospitality was lacking.

"Will never book here again."

Location & we had stayed here a few times before.

Was filthy. Carpets not vacuumed, lamps on nightstands hadn’t been dusted in forever. Couch was stained and filthy. Ice machine was broken. The worst was large cockroach in bathroom.

"Absolutely disgusting!"

The hotel and the room were dirty. The toilet had urine stains all over the seat. The sheets were either stained or not changed from previous guest. My guess is bedding wasn’t changed. We had to clean what we could ourselves as hotel management informed us housekeeping had left for the day and nothing they could do. They provided one towel for three people for 4 days. No toilet paper, only one small body wash, also for the entirety of our stay no shampoo or conditioner. We had to buy our own. Including buying cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves. We asked for a refund so we could move to a different hotel but that wasn’t an option according to them. Asked for room service multiple times throughout our stay but they only showed up once. Saying showed up because again the room wasn’t cleaned at all. Had a male employee knock on our door twice because he thought we were supposed to check out. We still had couple more days there. Felt very uncomfortable with my teenage daughter there. I have never stayed at a dirtier place than this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting

Location was easy. The price was nice for a Texas Tech graduation time of year.

No elevator. Garbage was left in stairway all 3 days of our stay.
