Ashmore Inn and Suites

Room was dirty and had dead cockroaches! Moved rooms & bed in second room was uncomfortable! Mattress seriously needs to be replaced!

Location, I have stayed here many times

Check in guy was rude and very slow at 1:30 AM, the following morning, the breakfast lady was rude and wouldn’t get more waffle mix because they close at 9AM, there was a line of people making waffles but when the lady in front of me didn’t have enough batter to make her waffle I asked the lady if she had more waffle mix, and she refused, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this property!

Aircon worked

First room, both sets of beds were filthy with stains and what appeared to be dandruff or crumbs in the sheets. Curtains had mold on them. We were given a second room, which was arguably worse, with human hair all through the bathroom, dog hair on the carpet, more mold on the curtains, dirty toilet seat, and hairs on the duvets. The sheets in this room were clean at least. Public spaces looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week.

Convenient and close to eating facilities.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times years ago, and this was a by far the worst as far as cleanliness. The rooms had entirely too much pet hair everywhere. We didn’t even want to sit our bags down. The front desk clerk switched us to the neighboring room to accommodate. However it was worse the than first room. This hotel needs some MAJOR upgrades

It’s a very old property. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and the room had a glade plug in that I’m allergic to. When unplugged the room stunk.

tv remote that wouldn't work, very minimal ice available, staff not very courteous or helpful. will not stay there again.
