"Very nice stay at the downtown location"

Very nice place. The breakfast was better at this location than the airport location. If you're a sensitive sleeper, get a room that doesn't have a view so you're away from street noise and the bart blowing the horn all night. It's within a 3-minute walk to the convention center, with minutes to food all around you. It's about a 15-minute walk down San Carlos to SJSU.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.

I didn’t like that parking was full and on top of that we had to pay for parking ($45), I felt that was high for just one night. It was my first time going to a hotel where I have to pay for parking.

"No bathroom counter or space for toiletries or to get ready! Terrible! Don’t book it!"

Clean, good location, friendly staff, free yummy breakfast. Also a restaurant if you don’t feel like leaving. Also appreciated the business center I was able to use the computer and print important documents last minute
