The location was convenient, which is why I chose this location.

The property was nice. Troy was the most extremely helpful person at the front desk and reception desk. Troy and Edith made my visit to the property. Without the kindness of Troy. I would have not stayed. I plan on staying at this property again.

the location is beautiful, with very nice views. The territory is green, well-maintained, and the outdoor areas are clean and pleasant.

In addition to the issues mentioned above, the most concerning part of our stay was the restaurant, which fell far below expected standards. We were served a burnt steak after a long wait, despite the manager personally assuring us that he would oversee our order. The dish appeared to be intentionally covered with an unpleasant green sauce, which raised further concerns about quality control. The ceviche was excessively peppered and not edible. More seriously, while the manager was addressing our concerns, my friend found a hair in her mouth that had come from the Caesar salad. The manager witnessed this. Even in this situation, we were still asked whether we would like the bill, which was surprising given the circumstances. The room conditions also did not meet basic expectations for a four-star property. There was only one bathrobe provided for two guests, and I had to make multiple requests to receive another. No slippers were provided, despite cold, uncovered floors. Basic amenities were missing, including even a small tube of toothpaste, which required an additional request. Housekeeping standards were also concerning: the room was not vacuumed during our two-day stay, and the glasses were dirty, with visible marks and an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the bedding had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, with no sense of freshness. Overall, this experience raises serious concerns about both hygiene standards and service quality. No partition between someone at sink and someone on toilet

We experienced two issues during our stay: #1 We booked a bedroom with bathtub and at the moment we were gonna use it we realized it was missing a drain plug. At that time we were soaking wet from the rain and hoping to take a warm bath. We called the receptionist to request one and was told someone would stop by to deliver one. The maintenance person that arrived misunderstood the request and was there to enter the room and do plumbing maintenance by mistake. I tried explaining what was needed instead and sent him on his way, but after waiting a bit longer, we had to call front desk to explain the new situation. By this time we were getting impatient and needed to desperately take a bath. It was at that time we were told the hotel was out of drain plugs and waiting on an order for some additional ones. So we don’t understand why do they offer bedrooms with bathtub if they’re useless!! #2 A week or so after our stay I noticed that I was double charged for my reservation. When checking into my hotel, I explained to the front desk that I reserved through booking.com, and they ensured me that the online booking was only for a confirmation while they still needed official payment up front. I did so without checking myself that moment since I didn’t have a reason to mistrust them. But after checking my expenses for the month I was surprised to see that mistake on my bank statement. It weren’t for me checking, I would’ve ended up paying twice for this reservation without ever knowing. I called to request a refund from this mistake and got it without any explanation on how that could’ve happened. There needs to be more thorough checking of existing payments from third party sites to prevent something like that from happening in the future for other guests.

This is not a review on the entire property, just my room. We stayed one night on a one week trip looking at UC campuses. The was the most disappointing property we experienced. The main issue were: the slider separating the room from the bathroom was VERY loud. It would wake up everyone when it was opened or closed. The second issue was a constantly running fan or motor over the bathroom that was clearly not running properly. Not sure if it was specific to our room or something on the roof that impact several rooms. If this was a roadside motel, these deficiencies would be expected. But for a higher end Hilton property - a very big disappointment. The room furnishings were nice but the plumbing was dated and the fixtures was difficult to turn.

Staff was wonderful. The garden pool view rooms are very nice. Location is convenient.

Very nice boutique hotel with fresh and cozy style. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties, and you can tell that this hotel is very well cared for. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The restaurant staff was very friendly, super cool bartender, and surprisingly good food. Even the parking passes, which could have been simple printouts, have cool style. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive to the couple of requests I had. Big shout outs to Mackenzie, Juan, and Dean for their friendly demeanor and assistance. Will absolutely stay here again when I'm in the area.

It was beautiful and decorated really nice. I felt like I was in an apartment not a hotel. So it was cozy.

The restaurant didn’t have many choices and I waited a while to be seated and to be checked on.
