The property and atmosphere is very nice.

As a tall person (6’5”), the toilet and shower was comically too small. Shower head only came up to my shoulder and the toilet was just about toddler sized in terms of height from the floor.

Breakfast was good. Pool and pool area was nice.

The Hotels key cards weren’t working at all during our stay. We wait outside and call the hotel to send someone to our room each time we needed it opened. Hotel didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Staff, hotel bar and vibe was so nice. I enjoyed so much I worked out another reason to come back and stay this weekend

A little costly

Pool and restaurant were nice.

Door key cards did not work. Had to call and wait around for staff to come unlock the door each time.

This review is about the restaurant, not the hotel. A group of friends went here for a meal on a Saturday night. It took over 45 minutes to get a drink, which should have been our first indication that things were not going to go well! The restaurant was severely understaffed and only had one bartender and one waitress for an entire restaurant! To cut a long story short, we were there for an hour and a half before we got our meals. Luckily, we had ordered some chips and guacamole, or I'm sure we would have left! When the food finally came it was COLD! I had a burger and the bun was so cold it was also dried out. The burger could not even be called tepid. The french fries were cold - no question, just cold. I have to say that the half of the burger I ate was tasty, but I really couldn't stomach eating any more since it was cold. Two people had tacos and their meal was cold, too. Same for the chicken sandwich. Two good things though, and that's why they get at least one star! Our waitress, Victoria, was so pleasant throughout the whole experience. A lovely girl with a fantastic attitude, even given the work she had to do as the sole waitress in the place! And they also had a live musician who was fantastic! Those two made our evening more enjoyable, but I won't be going back. When I order hot food, I expect it to be delivered in a timely manner, and HOT!!!

Only stayed one night but loved the lushness of the courtyard/pool area. They are welcoming of pets. We saw many but heard none. The lobby and lobby bar/restaurant have a great vibe. We had a patio king facing the pool on level 1. I would recommend these rooms with little outdoor patios or the second floor pool facing rooms. The outside facing rooms have a motel vibe. There is a parking fee but no pet fee. We would stay here again.

Staff was kind we didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom and it was delivered immediately.

We decided to book a nice hotel after getting rained out of our camping trip. We arrived exhausted and ready to shower and lay in a nice bed. After the shower I noticed black smudges on the wall. Didn’t think much about it but after getting hit with the surprise $20 parking fee I was a little turned off. After watching some tv we went to climb in to the covers ready to crash after a long day only to find there wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed. Exhausted and not wanting bother the nice girl at the front desk at 1 am. I climbed in over the top sheet to be met with the open duvet cover facing the wrong direction so the tag of the comforter was tickling my neck. In the moment me and my partner were laughing but overall I don’t think the quality of the room matched the almost $300 price point. Staff was great but the room simply wasn’t prepared for a comfortable stay.

Elegant and modern

We were there on a rainy day. Next day it was sunny and we went to the pool. They immediately stacked the cabinet with towels again.

The breakfast choices were limited for the free breakfast. We didn’t want to spend extra money on breakfast. This should have been explained better when making a reservation.
