My husband and I have been coming here for 20 plus years and are platinum elite members with IHG. Today upon checking in we were treated terribly. A very pregnant rude receptionist told us that if we get the upgrade. We would have to wait till a room was available? Ok so we said we would wait . So we kept checking to see if they had the room available? It was 3 hours that we waited . The last time we check in and the receptionist told our room on the 11th floor was still not available, but there was a room available on the eighth floor. The receptionist put us on the 11th floor check-in for that room. We sat around all day as platinum Elite that should not happen at all .

The hotel breakfast location Mooroom was very convenient and was a good value. Restaurant service was good and I really like the quality of serving dishes, mugs, glasses, and utensils.

Twice there was not enough server staff in the Aquaroom. The one server for the whole room was too much at lunch time for one server.

I loved everything! Especially the customer service finnely at the front desk was amazing! Top notch service with her:)

The room service staff was great!

We got to the hotel and the entrance was blocked due to a music festival in the entire parking lot. No signage, had to call the hotel and park in a public garage that was dirty, elevator broken. I asked for a quiet room away from the festival, and the agent said yes, you will be facing away from the festival. Nope, facing directly at it, and it was SO LOUD. Luckily it was all shut down by 9-9:30. But we felt trapped in our room with the ocean peek view patio un-useable.

Restaurant and food is good

They gave us a room that had a bad, sewer smell as soon as you entered and it gave my husband a headache

Like the beach view. Did not like that I paid extra for a "beach View Room" when they ALL had a beach view.

Room was clean with a great view. Very comfortable. Pool was terrific. Glad you furnished towels. Great to be served at the pool.

Personnel sec et peu courtois. Petit déjeuner inclus sur le papier, dans la réalité choix limité dans une carte. Nécessité d'aller chercher un bon à l'accueil . La personne à l'accueil n'était pas informée du petit déjeuner inclus. J'ai dû lui montrer le contenu de l'appli Booking, avec une remarque sur le fait que c'était en français !! SURTOUT : BRUIT INFERNAL DE LA ROUTE : vitrage simple et fenêtres fermant mal. Je déconseille vivement.
