The Location very clean and modern walking distance to downtown, the restaurant next door and the walk along the beach This is one of my favorite spots. We live in arroyo grande by Pismo but I like it here better.

The location on the beach is the best feature.

Room was very small and needed a refresh. Faucet handles leaked leaving small bathroom counter wet all the time.

"Overall pleasant, just wished the breakfast experience was better"

Guy who checked me in was great, location was perfect, room was clean, waiter helping us at breakfast was nice and welcoming

The attendant at the breakfast was rude and we were not welcomed or told how it worked, she seemed upset at us for not knowing what to do

The heated saltwater pool was awesome. My grandkids enjoyed the swim time. The view from the balcony of the beach and surfers. The beds were comfortable and staff was very nice and courteous

The location of the hotel of great, right at the beach and easy walking distance to downtown.

The hotel allowed pets and there was a lot of dogs, creating an animal smell to the place.
