- Comfortable bed, spacious room, modern furniture - Various breakfast selection and they were high quality + delicious (although the price point was more on the high side) - Very very strategic location and close to the nearest public transport - Had additional features like swimming pool and gym (it is rare in Germany for hotels to have this)

- Check-in process was supposed to be online and seamless but this was not the case at all.. the system is a bit flawed. It’s better to just make it fully online or fully offline. The app doesn’t work. - Some staff were friendly and some were not - Not that soundproof, I still hear street noise from inside the room
