Convenient location to airport, Scottsdale and restaurants. The pool is AMAZING! Bed and bedding, pillows super comfy! Clean room. Great gym facility. Easy parking.

The restaurant at the hotel was absolutely awful- super expensive, food very subpar and lacked customer service. Had a reservation way in advance to eat outside with a view of mountains for over two months in advance and was told there would be a 40 minute wait to sit outside but we could be seated inside in 10 minutes. Very disappointing and bad management practices. Our most expensive meal of our vacation with the absolute worst food!

We love this hotel, the staff and service is over the top incredible, everyone is so accommodating and helpful, the bar and food is completely reasonable, and the pool and hot tub is unmatched. Special mention to Hiba, Caroline, Meme, Dan, and Brian who ensured we had the best vacation. Like I said the service and staff here is unmatched.

That we had to come home.
