Convenient hotel located near the yellow metro line, close to highway, offers a great location for Alexandria and Washington. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms, well equipped, good staff.

Loved the view from the room. Very clean, but elevators needed upgrade. The area around is very nice and close to the highway.

"Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Location"

When we first arrived, the door was locked, but the security staff were very kind and quickly opened it for us. The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and we had such a wonderful stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and Paiman made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. Would definitely stay here again!"

The bathroom was recently renovated which was good. However the peeling wallpaper and mirror frame makes it look rundown. They sent me a text to ask when I would check in, and also a text and email asking me to let them know if I needed anything. I responded to both with request but got no response to my request. The only response was that the email was unmonitored. I finally got through to them on the phone after many attempts. Poor customer responsiveness.

"Excellent Location"

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Alexandria. The location is excellent close to the Metro and lots of restaurants. The hotel was clean, quiet, and affordable, perfect for our family trip. A big thank you to Paiman at the front desk. We really appreciated the great service and will definitely come back again!

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall service was outstanding. I would especially like to thank the Friend Desk team and Paiman for their warm welcome, great assistance, and friendly attitude. They truly made my stay memorable.
