Warbrook House Heritage Hotel

Tired rooms and Bathrooms. If you're paying extra to stay in the 'Mansion House Rooms' (vs the Grange rooms which are in a building way away from the main house) don't expect to stay in the lovely Mansion house building shown, but you will be in the circa 1980's extension with Travelodge style build quality and rooms, which are now extremely tired and in need of a re-fit. Not quite as we expected.

Lovely hotel surrounded by greenery with a few cows grazing too! Breakfast was lovely. Took me 35 minutes to get to Heathrow; far more pleasant than the fringes of West London.

It is a beautiful building but unfortunately except for the dining room the interior is looking tired. Our room was in the annex on the top floor. A very small room with tired furniture. The bathroom was clean but unfortunately there was quite a strong smell of damp. The staff were all very friendly. Just feels like it needs updating

I was very disappointed with the property as I explained on my booking that it was my birthday and I wanted a lovely room I got a very hot upstairs room with small windows and only one fan in temperatures of 36° plus We had no milk for our tea in the morning and a corridor was cluttered with appliances and rubbish on the floor.

We got to hotel and had issues checking in because staff had booked someone into our booked room. Was offered another room. Biggest issue was no air conditioning and staff hadn’t even cracked a window in room prior to check in. Room was so hot and unpleasant and even after 2 cold showers felt like a sauna. Was booked so I could be fresh for wedding next day. Ended up completely opposite.

Had a one night stay at this hotel as we were seeing friends. Very good deal for bed and breakfast so did not expect a lot. The venue is wonderful and set in stunning grounds but you get a general feel that it is un loved and needs some tlc. The staff on the bar didn’t seem very experienced and the outside drinking area was very dirty with used glasses left on tables and ashtrays full to the brim. The table and chairs themselves were falling apart. Our room was in the grange and was fine for the night although very hot and the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. For what we paid, I was satisfied however this was using my discount. I would not recommend this hotel to full paying guests until it’s received a revamp and tidy up.

Pleasant stay. Everyone very friendly . Comfy bed. Stayed in The Grange. Needs as bit of an update but clean and spacious. Would suggest that for bathroom fitted for disabled use be removed in future update and showe only. I’m fit and able and had difficulty getting in and out of the high sided bath for a shower.

10/10 experience! For the price we paid this hotel was absolutely brilliant!! The grounds are beautiful and the onsite Indian restaurant was fantastic. The staff at the restaurant in both the evening and at breakfast was superb! Breakfast was plentiful and hot! The room was idea for what we needed. Would recommend

Location and the land around it beautiful. No sirncon echo let it down massively. I thought i was going to faint it was that hot - windows don’t open - and weak fan. Asked for another which rattled that much had to turn it off. Did not sleep all night. No veg options for breakfast cooked - took far too long to accommodate . No return for me.

The experience was terrible as there was only hot water in the shower and we had to get some ice to cool the water for bathing
