Basen z wodą w tragicznym stanie. Nie da się w nim kąpać. Co prawda w zastępstwie jest blisko inny resort z którego basenu można korzystać, ale jednak kawałek trzeba się przejść. Dla mojej córki basen to priorytet, dlatego wybrałem specjalnie hotel z basenem. Z tego niestety nie można korzystać.

Great location. Helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Good balconies.

The pool needed maintenance while I was there, however a neighbouring hotel’s pool was made available. Lacking hot water.

Overall, we had a nice stay at Moringa Resort. The location is very good, just a few minutes by tricycle from the “center” and close to several nice restaurants, bars, and lounges. While the resort does not have direct beach access, it is possible to reach the beach through Coco Hotel (with which they seem to have an agreement) by walking just a few minutes. However, if you are looking for really nice water, I would not recommend this beach, as there are much better places in El Nido to enjoy its natural beauty. That said, the sunsets there are breathtaking and definitely worth experiencing, and the beach is very quiet and not too crowded. The rooms were okay, although they could use some updating and better maintenance, as they felt a bit neglected. Housekeeping could also be improved. The front desk staff were friendly and assisted us throughout our stay, although interactions sometimes felt a bit mechanical.

We were quite disappointed with the food, especially breakfast, as it had very limited choices. The restaurant staff were not particularly friendly, and despite informing them several times before and during our stay that one of the guests was gluten-free, they did not make any effort to prepare suitable options for her. Unfortunately, during our stay the swimming pool was not usable, although we were informed a couple of days before our arrival.

Poolen var ikke indbydende, dette var vi dog orienteret om pga. en fejl renovation. Vi kunne benytte poolen på hotellet ved siden af.

Lovely location, a small distance from the town centre which was great. Near to the beach. Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Pool although cleaned daily was an off putting colour. Staff advised us that we could use the sister pool next door. We also got a 20% discount off our stay because of the pool. A wonderful experience.
