"Buona soluzione per stare vicinissimo ad El nido - consigliato"

Struttura lontana dal caotico centro di El nido e vicino alla spiaggia (dove troverete tanti bei ristoranti e bar - consigliati). camere con balcone interno che offrono riparo dai rumori. Colazione ok e personale gentile e disponibile. Bel centro massaggi.

Non prenotare il boat tour con l’agenzia che suggeriscono (ci siamo trovati un po’ male). L’acqua della doccia fuoriesce un po’ nel resto del bagno

El hotel es precioso y todas las instalaciones eran nuevas

La atención en general muy mejorable. En el restaurante es aún peor. Esperábamos en un hotel de este nivel que estuvieran algo más preparados para intolerancias como el gluten. Pese a tener el desayuno incluido, mi chica tuvo que pagar todos los días extra de desayuno para poder comer algo porque no había apenas opciones para ella.

Staff super accogliente, camera comoda e spaziosa, struttura molto carina e vicina ad una spiaggia molto suggestiva dove si può ammirare un bellissimo tramonto, zona ricca di ristoranti di livello.

Bella piscina ma purtroppo con presenza di macchie (sembravano muffa) sul fondale.

Die Inhaber des Resorts haben im Restaurant ihre Mitarbeiter vor den Gästen angeschrien und blamiert aufgrund der längeren Wartezeit auf das Essen. Dieses Verhalten der Inhaber ist inakzeptabel und unprofessionell. Leider ein Grund, um dieses Resort kein weiteres Mal zu besuchen. Sehr schade um die Mitarbeiter, weil diese sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend waren!
