Horizon Aeifos Suites

The views were really unmatched. The only drawback to the view was at night you could often smell the donkey droppings from the oia steps but other than that it was the perfect location in Oia. Still quiet at night but right in the heart of everyrhing

This was a lovely hotel, very spacious and clean. I only gave four stars for cleanliness because there was a slight cat urine smell but, that is to be expected since there are lots of cats living in Oia. There is a very long steep walk upstairs down to the hotel, but the staff was great and carried our luggage.

The property is fine, if you settle in and not go around often. So it's not bad per se. Check in, as well as just getting in and out of the property, is complicated. I receive an email asking me to call them 30 minites before my arrival. I did. When I arrive there, nobody was there. I had to call again, and waited for 5 minutes with my luggage in front of the gate, which is in a heavy traffic narrow walkpath, where. Then there came a guy who barely speaks English and seems to want to quickly settle us down and go away. The further problem is that there is only one set of key. We three people cannot easily go out and in on our own, because the gate is like 50 stairs up from our room, and we had to coordinate who goes out when, and who comes back when, and who takes the key, and who will go up 50 stairs to open the gate for who, blah blah

Absolutely stunning hotel at the end of Oia! Quiet and private. Staff were exceptional providing local knowledge, delicious breakfasts, and baggage assistance! 💯 would stay in this “Boutique Cave Hotel” again. There are many steps tho… be prepared!

Very clean inside our room and patio balcony areas. Beautiful and peaceful location Lovely breakfast generous portions. Just be very cautious there are many steps leading to the rooms and quite steep. Very helpful staff

The property is in a great location! It is very close and walkable to stores and restaurants and offers great viewpoints of the Oia landscape. The room was a cave room with ample space. The only recommendation I would suggest is to have brighter lighting in the room. The lighting is too dim and needs to be warm yellow rather than the white institutional lighting. I would recommend this place if you are looking to be.close to all the action.

Amazing location and views. Very helpful and prompt/professional employees. I recommend arranging transportation from the ferry/airport directly with the hotel

We had an excellent experience. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The description mentions stairs and they were not kidding but once you arrive it is your own little bit of paradise.
