Emerald Valley Inn

Lovely stay in a charming little off highway hotel. Granny’s next door for food. We had 2 queen beds, a kitchen, sitting area & bathroom…all renovated with lovely touches! Would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Olympic National Park and the state of Washington. We didn’t really know what we were doing or the landscape of the area, but we found this charming little place to be just what we needed. It was quiet, clean, and lovely decor. It was centrally located to all that we did during the first part of our trip. Close to Port Angeles but out of the town and tourist noise, easy driving to Hurricane Ridge, Neah Bay, Crescent Lake and Sol Duc Falls. It was easy to communicate with the management on text. We thoroughly enjoyed the emus, goat and chickens on the property. There’s the extra benefit of having Grannys Cafe on the property, steps away from our room. Having the option of breakfast lunch and dinner right there helped us not worry about finding food after long days in the park, or having to drive into town. And the food there is great. We highly recommend this little gem.

Great location for exploring north part of Olympic Park and fantastic homemade-style diner on site. Peaceful.

The cabin was a bit tired, but was v clean and fine for an overnight rest stop after hiking.

This was a great spot. Granny’s restaurant and ice cream shop was delicious! The suite was great and the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The only negatives about the suite we were in was the kitchen sink had minimal water pressure, so we used the bathroom for everything which isn’t ideal and a large fridge would have been more convenient. Other than that, it was a fabulous stay.

Charming old-school inn ideally located close to Olympic. Loved the natural setting, goats, emus, and location. Didn't love the lack of attention to detail - we asked for our room to be touched up (towels/beds made) and arrived to find that only towels had been changed. Also, we were there on a particularly hot spell, and the lack of A/C made for a stifling night. Although the room had a fan, it wasn't enough. The other issue was inconsistent shower temperature - we'd be showering with hot water and suddenly it would briefly turn ice-cold. Happened both nights at different times, so I don't know the cause. Keep in mind that you're paying for location and cuteness, but don't expect much more.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet! Granny's cafe nearby, food was very good. If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet place, away from crowds but close to all of the sights, this place is perfect!

The location was nice, but we heard everything through the walls and got woken up multiple times. Not easy to get additional things like towels since no one is on site. Bed was good. It was what we needed, but not the best.
