My stay was wonderful! Halle and Anna were so nice and welcoming. The shuttle information they gave was such a blessing to us. Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was so sweet. The housekeepers were awesome! Keep up the good work!

"Great experience at this hotel and ANA was so great!"

We had a flight cancellation and decided to book this hotel, convenient close to the airport and free shuttle. When we got to the hotel ANA greeted us with a big smile. Me and my partner talk to her for a couple minutes and she gave us the warmest welcome we have ever had. She was amazing and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was really nice and very and warm. The room was so clean and nice huge bed good lighting and smelled good. The amount of amenities this hotel have it’s are really nice. To bad our flight next day was to early and we need no get the time to enjoy the free breakfast the hotel provides.

"Came for the BTS concert"

Staff made everything super easy and the room was very clean! Breakfast was also great.

It honestly was such a great experience. The building is older, I think 16th Hampton ever built? But all the appliances and furniture were updated in the rooms.

Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were great. Location was good . Very clean. Bathroom was spacious except for tub/shower (not accommodating)

The price was ridicules because for a bigger room the rate now would be around $189 a night. My stay was 1st night $263.28 then 2nd night was $329. (didn't understand the difference per night?) i am not a fan of upping prices because a event is happening. Your hotel would have been completely book even if you didn't almost double the price. My daughter that was with me couldn't even use the shower/tub. All handicapped rooms should have a roll in shower.
