Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed the airport shuttle and were able to book a shuttle to the cruise port. A number of restaurants are nearby. Breakfast buffet was good.

For a smaller city, the hotel rates were high.

"One night stay for Tampa Bay Rays game"

I booked this hotel months ago because I thought it would be convenient to the stadium the Rays have been using, not realizing Tropicana Field was reopening. The hotel is nice. Employees are professional and polite. It has a small gym and outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is standard and was good.

"Disgusting. Bugs and dirt."

The transportation to and from the airport. The drivers were very nice.

Bugs in the bed. I took pictures to show to the front desk clerk. She showed the manager and I was given a different room. I asked for the manager to come and look.but manager would not come out of office. The carpets were filthy giving the room a very overwhelming dirt smell.
