not easy to find it when you cokme back from Key West
Woomp woomp. Didn’t have crazy high expectations, just wanted to be comfortable and enjoy an awesome looking pool. The pool was great, especially for our 12 and 9 yo. But they literally made things harder at every turn. First of all the internet was unavailable during our entire 4 day stay. I asked the waiter for more information about the breakfast to see if my 12 yo celiac kiddo could get anything, but he only gave me lots of attitude. Which was unnecessary, when someone has celiac a little bit of grace goes a long way. I asked for late check out, and it was granted. But then while we were gone they entered the room and cleaned it and locked us out. They said, “you should have kept your bags there” But they didn’t tell me that when I requested late checkout and I didn’t want to leave my things there in case I was later than I planned. One morning my kid and I were getting different food from the buffet and the waiter cleared our unfinished breakfast and our room card from the table. Gah! The only bright spots were that the pool was really fun. And JP at the restaurant stepped in and saved the day letting us know what my kid could eat safely and bringing him gf bread every morning. Other than that the staff was rude, dismissive and made stuff frustrating and hard. The room was meh.
NORent, hyggelig betjening. Koselig rett ved marinaen. God frokost. Enkelt å komme til uten bil. Greyhound fra Miami flyplass. Gode senger. Skipper restaurant like ved hadde nydelig mat. Fint bassengområde og Tiki Bar.
Hadde kun åpen WiFI.
