The room is very good: nice, clean, and well equipped with everything you need — towels, paper, sheets, shampoo, shower gel, a clothes iron, and all the basics you expect in a hotel. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and quiet, ideal for resting. The food at the restaurant was very good and well prepared. However, the experience at the restaurant during breakfast was not good because of the service. The waiter who served us seemed annoyed every time we asked for something and kept complaining. When we went to pay, he attended us again. We decided not to leave a tip because the service was not good, and he became upset, kept complaining, and was very rude, which made the situation quite uncomfortable. Overall, the rooms and the food are very good, but the service in the restaurant definitely needs improvement.

The plumbing in our room was bad. The sink valve is old and is hard to work needs to be replaced. The shower would have problems maintaining temperature and one night there was no cold water making a very uncomfortable shower
