GBAll guests arriving by train tried to check in at the same time but only one person was at the check in counter while she was answering phone calls too.
We stayed for one night whilst travelling on the Via Skeena train from Jasper to Prince Rupert. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Near the station, there were a few people who were obviously on drugs and sadly slumped in door ways. The hotel was great, very comfortable, all the amenities we needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Good night sleep and back to the train station for an 8am departure. Helpful having a Starbucks on the ground floor. Would recommend.
