I didn’t like that I had to park my car where it wasn’t safe so I had to park on the street also because of the size of my vehicle The hot tub was ice cold Front desk said they couldn’t help me they could I could give them more money and upgrade my room to a Jacuzzi tub but it would only be for that night first night Friday night only I said no I’ve already paid. I’m not giving no more money. I called you guys told me it was working. It’s not. Second night it was lukewarm with one jet
We stayed here on our way to Alaska. It was conveniently located downtown within walking distance of a few restaurants. Driving in, we were a bit concerned by some of the people we passed, but any concerns were alleviated by the secure parking garage across the street. Of the Wyndham properties we stayed at, this one was by far the nicest. Everything was modern and updated, almost plush. We would stay here again.

Didn't get my full damage deposit back after. I clearly. Announced that I have 1 dog.. not impressed especially when they said they will refund my 58 dollars
CACoffee machine did not work and parkade was unavailable.

- not very clean , mainly hallway walls and carpets - ice machine on 4 th floor didn’t work - coffee was awful - no water pressure - fan didn’t work in the bathroom
