Caneiros Luxury House & Suites

This place is fantastic for relaxing in the sun at the beach across the street or the pool. The rooms have plenty of room and are nicely appointed. We had a nice view of the Atlantic in the distance and the pool. Breakfast on the terrace was tasty, filling and so scenic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a welcome drink and pateis de nata was a nice touch. There was an honor bar in the room, but no free water. They did share some carob treats which is a specialty in the area, but as a chocolate lover, I did not enjoy them. It was nice of them to offer though. The clientele was all couples and it was very quiet and peaceful. I had considered a larger resort before booking, but am so glad we booked here. I’d be back in a heart beat! The beach is easy to walk to and so beautiful. What a treat to get a couple of loungers for the day and relax and enjoy the water and sun. I couldn’t ask for a better setting or place to relax in. It was close to drive into Carvoeiro for a fantastic selection of restaurants.

We have just finished our second holiday here and again it was fabulous. The hotel is situated within a short to the beach, the rooms are lovely and the staff are lovely. Special mention to Ana,Tatiana and Paulo. They made our stay all the more memorable

Fantastisch verblijf. We hadden de suite en enorm genoten. Personeel (José, Paolo, Ana) waren de ‘cherry on top’, zorgzaam, lief, attent en hartelijk. Het ontbijt was zonder grenzen, veel keuze, met prosecco (!), alles wat je ook maar wilde. Heerlijk!

Super fin betjening, indretning og meget indbydende i sin helhed. Særdeles venlig og imødekommende personale.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het Caneiros House. Wat goed bevallen is, is een locatie dichtbij het strand, het lekkere ontbijt en de vele faciliteiten. Van de weg heb je absoluut geen last. Als er veel geluid is bij de receptie kun je daar wel wat van horen in je kamer, hopelijk kunnen ze iets met de akoestiek doen in het gebouw.

The staff were fantastic - always friendly and helpful. On the downside it's about a 10 minute drive into Ferragudo but on the plus side lots of interesting places are within 30 minutes drive - e.g. Lagos, Alvor, Silves, Seven Hanging Valleys, etc. Plus, it's only a 5 minute walk to a superb secluded local beach.

An absolutely amazing stay I had here! From the moment we arrived, staff were so friendly and welcoming with a welcome drink and pasta de nata.. Spa was soo relaxing and calm. Room was lovely and cleaned thoroughly daily, breakfast was phenomenal and such fantastic service from all the ladies! Especially the lovely lady called Anna. Would definitely love to come back here, also beautiful local beach 5 minutes walk away, was such a fantastic place to stay!

We took advantage of their Valentine's offer; first class accommodation, food and service. We were able to secure a sea view room overlooking the pool which was fabulous. The linen was top notch, the room huge, as was the bathroom with stand alone bath and huge separate shower, twin sinks. The bed was enormous and so comfortable. Part of the offer included a Thai massage, which was pure bliss, one of the best we've had. Breakfast was also one of the best we've had, with the most amazing service by incredibly friendly staff, some who appear to speak many languages! From the moment we arrived to our departure, the stay was memorable and very enjoyable. The only negative was the exit onto the road which is very dangerous, we nearly had an accident as it is a blind corner and although there are mirrors opposite, you couldn't see approaching vehicles well, however, this wouldn't put us off returning, which we will one day ....... hopefully!

We only had a one night stay but the hotel and rooms were amazing. The checkin was seamless and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room is huge and bed was huge. We had breakfast included and it was great with a huge selection of food and fresh fruit available. If you are looking for a dinner location head down to the beach for sunset just down the road and the hotel owned Rei Das Praisas. The hotel will reserve a table and try the fish rice.

Stayed here for two nights! Excellent service and the breakfast was top notch. Modern rooms, walk to beach. They own the beach restaurant which was excellent, a bit pricy for Portugal, but given the resort atmosphere well worth it.
