What a treat of a location! Very attentive staff and delicious food for breakfast. Shout out to Anna who is so sweet and caring!

Clean, quiet, very friendly staff. Great facilities - pools, gym, spa - excellent breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff. You need to have access to a car though - it's a few KM into the village, although nearest beach and restaurant are walkable.

This was our first visit and would return off season. We got upgraded to room 210 which was amazing. A double shower, huge room with an even bigger balcony with sunbeds over looking the pool. Our breakfast was lovely with loads of choice of eggs, different breads, fruit, granola and yoghurt. We couldn't complain. The most nicest person in the hotel is Ana. She is helpful, friendly and recommends on things to do. The young bar man is friendly too. Some of the receptionists could be friendly. Some don't even speak to you.

Beautiful and peaceful location near small beach, outstanding seafood restaurant and hiking trail. Friendly staff helpful with recommendations and securing local tours.

The hotel is super located( but you a car) ! Super clean and the staff is overwhelming super nice! Especially ANA who makes the breakfast service,By the way a la carte, is a super nice warm-hearted Lady, who has always a positive attitude in the morning! The other colleagues are also super nice and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Once again we came back to this little slice of paradise and we were not disappointed at all. The most friendliest of staff and very attentive. Just in the process of booking again for our 3 rd visit and that cannot come soon enough to one of my favourite places to just switch off and enjoy.

This was an absolutely amazing hotel. As others have described, the staff are so lovely and really make this place special. The hotel is also much more luxurious than I had expected, the rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, pool is great, and spa/gym facilities are lovely. The beach is so very close. The restaurant on that beach is amazing, but really busy so do book in advance. Ferragudo is also really nice and has several good places to eat. The hotel has lovely food, but only until 6pm, so eating out is a must, but also part of the fun. Breakfast was amazing though every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had an amazing experience.

A gem of a property. Super, Super clean and the staff is incredible. After staying in a few shocking properties, it was refreshing to stay at a truly amazing place. Bravo 👏

Returned for 5 nights of sun and had a wonderful time. The hotel has been developed since we last stayed and the work is of the highest quality. However, the highlight of this trip was the staff, who were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is 45 minutes from Faro and the beautiful Caneiros beach is a short stroll from the hotel.
