Clean room, good b

Floor had not been vacuumed. Someone’s toenails all over carpeting. Food around beds.

Nice staff, beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good

what i expect from a Hampton Inn

The room was kinda small but overall it was a great stay!

CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND ATTENDANT WAS FRIENDLY AND ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET TWO ROOMS TOGETHER SO WE COULD BE CLOSE TO THE PEOPLE WE WERE TRAVELING WITH, EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVATION WAS MADE AND PAID FOR UNDER OUR NAME FOR BOTH ROOMS.

We’ve stayed in Hampton Inns for many years and this hotel definitely ranks up there. The hotel was very clean. They offered coffee, cold water, hot chocolate, and tea all day long. They had a small shopping area where you could get snacks and essentials. There was a pool and a gym that were very nice. Lobby is very welcoming and stylish. Breakfast was amazing! Lots to choose from including 2 different types of pancake batter and numerous toppings. The rooms were very trendy with nice colors and patterns. Everything you needed was in the rooms, including your health and beauty care and a hairdryer. Ours was a little bit smaller, so there was no full-size closet, but you found hooks and hangers behind a curtain which I thought was a great way to use the space. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. An office area and plenty of outlets for your cords and chargers. I gave a four star for the room because the room entrance was very skinny. You could not fit the luggage cart through it. I can understand that they were trying to fit a few more rooms in, but you shouldn’t have to leave your cart of luggage outside. Also, the bed would make a metal noise anytime you rolled over. Other than those few issues, everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay again! Free breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, and parking On the premises. Air conditioning in all rooms. Vending machines. Kid friendly. Self service laundry, housekeeping offered daily and 24 hour front desk service. Fitness center has elliptical, hand weights and treadmill. Wheelchair, accessible, parking, entrance, pool and elevator. Business center and meeting rooms.

This Hampton Inn was so disappointing. It needs updating badly with attention to the air conditioner. It was loud unless you turned the temp warmer. The bathroom does not have a fan, so it’s hot and steamy. The food was awful.

It was nice & clean. The outside was very well lit for walking dogs after dark. As dogs are not allowed in the dining room, I believe it would be nice if there were a outside patio area so people could eat together & their pets could be with them. Also, handheld shower heads would have been very nice.
