Hamptons are usually reliable in terms of quality. You know what you are going to get. I found this property to be dirty. If the room had been refundable, I wouldn't have stayed.

Rooms were average. Could not get the luggage rack into the room. Bathroom floor looked dirty as items on the grout. Shower base looked dirty. Toilet was so low to the floor. Staff were not aware of any safety procedures for tornadoes.

We had a bad experience with Travelocity, but the hotel staff was very nice and tired to help and would have helped if I hadn’t gone through Travelocity. Learned my lesson and won’t do that again. Hotel was nice. Clean, staff was great, breakfast was good. Maybe just some updates on hotel would be good in the future
