Schlicht alles. Top-Lage. Schöne Bar mit sehr fairen Preisen zum Abschluss des Tages. Wir waren auch im Restaurant Ola und können es sehr empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Top Lage direkt in der Altstadt von Bilbao. Tolles Frühstück bzw. auch Bar und Sternerestaurant direkt im Hotel.

In Bilbao spricht man scheinbar nur spanisch. Selbst englisch ist oft schwierig. An der Rezeption ging es gerade so, aber z.B. telefonisch ein Taxi über die Rezeption zu ordern, war nicht möglich.

"Außergewöhnlich gut!"

Das Hotel ist am Rande der Altstadt, direkt am Fluss, sehr gute Ausgangslage zum Erkunden der Stadt. Es ist ein sehr modernes, stylisches Hotel, obwohl es von außen altehrwürdig aussieht. Das Zimmer enthielt alles, was man benötigt. Außerdem war es erstaunlich ruhig - im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels bekommt man von Zimmernachbarn nichts mit. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, welches man in einem Restaurant mit Michelin-Stern serviert bekommt. Und dementsprechend war es auch.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.
