Fabulous room, great food and superb location

Lovely rooms , decent space Restaurant very good and food good

Not enough common areas , lounges - the upstairs lounge too small and very hot .

Design of hotel, friendly staff, comfy room, good food in lobby restaurant, terrific location , parking was tricky but they prepared us for it with a video and helped us navigate it

Nowhere to put our suitcases in the room, seating wasn’t comfortable in room

Tolle Lage, ruhig am Rande der Altstadt. Schönes Ambiente, sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Bar is cold annd unappealing. Some element of buffet breakfast would ease the log jam and all items ordered coming at the same time.

Magic stay at this hotel, in the old town by the riverside. A room with a beautiful view to the river. Excellent quality of everything: The bed, pillows, bathroom fascillities, cleaning and a nice surprice as a welcoming present. The room vas so nice, and silent. We were able to relax. Most of all the personel were the best service-minded people! They were avaliable, they really wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable. They had great knowledge about were to go and how to travel as a tourist. This made our stay perfekt. The hotel is placed by almost everything we wanted to go to. Museums, the big view above the town, shopping and restaurants. We also used the Metro and went to the seaside. Very easy and short distance. So much to discover, both on the old town and the new part. Everything in a nice distanse. Therese is also a boat-trip to the seaside, it takes about 1,5 hours down the beautiful river. The breakfast at the hotel were magnificent! Top level! The people working in the restaurant and reception were just marvellous and charming. We had a really good stay and enjoyed it from the start to the end. We will fir sure come back!
