The hotel felt like it had not been deep cleaned in years. While it is in a nice location and the staff was friendly, the overall experience left me feeling very gross. There is an ingrained scent of old smoke all over the building despite it now being smoke free. The phone and TV remote in the room both had a layer of dust on them and the floor left my feet feeling gross if I did not have socks or shoes on.

Staff is always friendly. Only downside is cold continental breakfast. No toaster for bagel, but friendliness of the staff makes up for it!

This is NOT A HOTEL!!! Do not fall for this! I already have a claim with Expedia but not sure how long it will take to get a refund. They had mattresses and boxes in the windows some had shades that were half torn down. Super sketchy part of town! NOT SAFE! There were people sitting outside on lawn chairs that looked like they lived there. And it looked like the lobby was either some kind of "night club" or dress shop. SOOOOO AWUL! Didn't even get out of my car.
