The location and lobby

Hot tub was broke microwave didn't work it was dirty the hallways were soaked with water .it was cold

The bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing I did not like.

Location

Dirty thin mattress and No bed linen for sofa bed in tge room. When we asked for one. the lady in the front desk was so rude. We had to wait 2 hours till 1 am we told her that we have kids we want to sleep she was very annoyed. After a long wait My husband had to go to request it again in person and waiit for anothe 30 minutes so she sent someone to get it.

I’ve stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton multiple times. The front desk staff is always friendly, and the main lobby area is clean and welcoming. The price is reasonable, which makes it a good option for short stays.

However, I consistently notice the hallways could use more attention—they often have dust or papers on the floor. The pool and hot tub are difficult to enjoy as an adult because there are usually a lot of kids using the area. It would be great if the hotel offered a designated adult-only time. The beds are okay for a one-night stay, though a bit firm, while the pillows are soft and comfortable. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, could definitely use some updating. Overall, it’s a decent stay, but a few improvements could make it much better.
