Good overall

The room could’ve been better I was itching me thinking it’s the double tree by Hilton it’ll be worth it I guess not never again will I book also the air conditioning didn’t work I was hot lucky I brought my fan

We had a great dinner at the Doubletree with Sherry. Order the lamb and New York strip! Food was amazing and service was great!

Please Please Management take heed to this review...We just stayed there a week ago and the place is a dump. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there. The staff did not care about us. The restaurant was understaffed we left after being ignored over 10 minutes. The breakfast was awful, cold food was told they did not have milk on the first day and the second day they did not have yogurt. Of course we complained to the hotel staff and it did not get anywhere. The whole hotel is filthy dirt , grime, stains on walls and in common areas. The room my family was in had what looked like poop, and blood stains on walls then tape to cover them up. WE are telling all to stay away

The greeting and warm cookie when we got there were great. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a bit of updating/some repairs

Excellent location with spacious rooms. I didn’t get to try all the amenities, but they offer everything you need for both relaxation and business

Best hotel in the area. Andrea and Tomara are the best bar tenders in the area, and you don’t even have to leave the hotel. I come to Dearborn once a month and stay at this hotel just to see Tomara and Andrea. Best hotel by far.

Everything was nice i have one problem with my stay none of the ice machines work i tried every floor you hear that the machine worked you could hear the water going in but it never produced ice in none of the machines other than that a great stay

Room was dirty and not well maintained. Air conditioner was loud. Facilities also not in the best shape.

Conveniently located next to the motorway (10 minutes drive to Detroit without traffic), the hotel is what i would call 80's style. Big lobby with fountain, long corridors, etc. Rooms are same "style"; comfortable and clean but isolation is bad (you hear neighbour up and next ...). Breakfast buffet is decent but don't expect staff to care of you ... Some go and don't even pay (because they leave without giving their coupons or signing the bill because ... nobody comes during their breakfast). Not sure i would chose this again ... as on the day of departure, i saw a huge group of students arriving indeed for a couple of days ... which means ... noise. Swimming pool ... doesnt look attractive (cleanness or just old ...).
